Offers information and referral as well as emotional support over the phone in Cantonese and Mandarin as well as Korean, Farsi, Dari, and Ukrainian. Hours for Cantonese or Mandarin service are 10 am to 10 pm daily; hours for Korean, Farsi, Dari, and Ukrainian service are 10 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 5 pm weekends.
