Provides vocational training and job coaching to help adults with developmental disabilities find meaningful employment. Services include: personal strength assessment, identification of supports or accommodations needed; training; job placements; and on-the-job support as necessary. Accepts referrals from CLBC. Also offers employment opportunities through social enterprise Confidential Shredding.
