Provides support to adults with developmental disabilities who are living in their own homes within the community. Provides skill building opportunities and assistance with daily living in areas such as household management, budgeting, and personal care. Also provides assistance with establishing social networks, accessing educational opportunities, finding and maintaining employment, and accessing other services. Cluster Living provides support to individuals that live in close proximity to each other; staff divide their time among the individuals in the cluster, depending on the level of support needed.
