Provides individualized supports to assist adult clients with a mental illness living in the Surrey, White Rock, or Delta area. Offers housing opportunities in both a shared living situation and independent living via a rental subsidy. Supports are recovery-focused and promote independence and life skills development. Referral is required from the Surrey, Delta North, Delta South, or White Rock Mental Health and Substance Use Centre (MHSU).
