Supported housing program assists up to nine adults with a mental illness transitioning from community residential programs to independent living. Support services include life skills training that addresses budgeting, meal planning, household maintenance, socialization skills, and community integration. Also provides housing search assistance; a rental subsidy to find and maintain affordable and safe housing is given to participants. Referrals are through Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre.
