Provides compassionate, accessible, mental health support for individuals, couples, and families. Offers a wide range of therapeutic approaches, and works from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based perspective. Concerns may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, grief, and personal growth. Appointments are in-person in Maple Ridge or virtually anywhere in BC. Open referral. Hours vary. Fees vary from $50 to $100 per hour. Program hours are flexible Monday to Friday.
