Offers limited in-person service for drop-off of physical documents related to an application for teacher certification, pick-up of preordered physical copies of a teaching certificate, or making a fee payment. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Wednesday. Service BC Help Desk hours are 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. For questions about the discipline process or concerns about a certificate holder's conduct or competence, contact the Professional Conduct Unit from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
