Provides individuals with disabilities in BC with specialized assistance, training, and assistive technology to help them independently use their smartphone or tablet. Includes access to experts with specialized knowledge about accessibility challenges and assistive technologies, phone and assistive technology training and support, and set-up and installation of wireless smartphones or tablets if required. Eligibility requirements include receipt of the BC Persons with Disability (PWD) benefit or the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit (CPPD); documentation required.
