The Biltmore

Provides 95 units of transitional supportive housing to adults waiting to get into long-term housing. Each unit has its own bathroom and a small fridge. One meal a day is provided, and there is common space for other food preparation. Each tenant receives one meal a day and access to shared space to prepare their own foods as well. Tenants create programming that can include 12-step meetings, communal meals, and art nights. Length of stay is determined on a case-by-case basis.
