Service Description

Provides affordable housing in studio apartments in the Downtown Eastside for 96 fully independent residents on fixed and/or low incomes. Fixed-rate rents are based on BC Housing Homeless At Risk guidelines. 38 units are reserved for indigenous youth participating in the Bladerunners trades training program. 16 units are priced at shelter rates and are reserved for women transitioning out of emergency or transitional housing operated by The Bloom Group and YWCA Crabtree Corner. Applicants must be able to live independently in a mixed housing environment with shared amenity spaces. Accepts singles or couples. No cats or dogs allowed. See website for an application form.
