Offers a combination of free social, mental, and physical activation programming for isolated and/or marginalized seniors. Activities include gentle chair exercise classes and group walks, hands-on cooking sessions, as well as educational and other participatory programming. Activities are held in person and virtually. A shuttle is able to transport clients to the program. Office hours are 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Offered in partnership with United Way BC (UWBC) Healthy Aging Program, and funded by the Government of BC.
