Threshold House
Provides eight semi-independent, one-bedroom apartments for male- and female-identified at-risk youth ages 16 to 24 who are experiencing homelessness, aging out of care, or fleeing violence in the home. Provides wraparound support services by staff to assist youth to succeed in work and in school while moving towards independence. Services include life skills training as well as clinical counselling and case management. There is also a 2SLGBTQIA+ social group. Residents are responsible for their own groceries as meals are not provided; staff are able to help access community food resources. Fees apply and is dependent upon income; a damage deposit is required upon admission. Accepts pets. Some wheelchair accessible units available.
