Family resource centres at three locations offer free programs where parents can play, learn, and connect with their children from birth to age six while interacting with other parents, grandparents, and caregivers. Staff provide support, resources, and referrals to give parents the help they need to ensure their child has a healthy start in life. Also provides a clothing exchange, parent education, and learning opportunities for children. The core drop-in program, Learning Together Through Play, is a play-based early childhood development program that includes free play, circle time, and snack time. Also offers Parent-Child Mother Goose, Family FUNdamentals, and a Breastfeeding and Post Partum Support Group. Hours vary; see website for program calendar.
