Offers facilitator-led traditional teachings associated with food preparation, as well as recipes, and stories to promote health and nutrition to Indigenous families. Participants learn to make meals each week; ingredients are provided. Hours are 4:30 pm to 7 pm Thursdays, seasonally. Registration required.
