Provides policing to the transit system in Metro Vancouver, across 21 municipalities and one First Nation. Works to reduce victimization and increase safety for customers and staff. Offered in partnership with jurisdictional police and RCMP. Professional Standards Unit handles complaints, by phone or through an online form (transitpolice.ca/about-us/specialty-units/psu/#form).
