TransLink Customer Information
Provides information about Metro Vancouver's transportation network, including roads, bridges, and public transportation, as well as buses, HandyDART, SeaBus, SkyTrain, and West Coast Express. Customer information phone hours are 6:30 am to 10 pm daily; Twitter (X) operating hours are 5:30 am to 12:30 am Monday to Friday and 6:30 am to 11:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Trip planning is available online at translink.ca/tripplanner. Customers can also locate their bus in real-time through Next Bus at www.translink.ca/next-bus, or by texting the bus stop number (the 5 digits on the bus stop sign) and bus route to 33333 for next bus information at that stop. Lost Property is located at Stadium-Chinatown Station concourse. Interpretation is available in 300 languages. Hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 12 noon to 4 pm Saturdays. For West Vancouver items lost during the past 24 hours, call Blue Bus Dispatch; for items lost over 24 hours ago, call the West Vancouver Community Centre at 604-925-7270.
