Assists Indigenous people with training and employment needs, through services such as career planning, job search assistance, coaching for cover letter and resume development, and training programs. Provides training in subjects such as office skills, marketing, human resources, and basic financial management. Service model is based on Indigenous traditions and orientation towards life.
