Provides crisis support services to women who have experienced violence, including physical or sexual assault, emotional or verbal abuse, historical abuse, or whose children have experienced or witnessed violence. Services include individual supportive counselling, advocacy, form completion assistance, referrals to community services, and accompaniment through the judicial, social services, and medical systems. At times, offers support groups for women. Also provides education and awareness activities that address violence against women. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; program hours vary. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
