Provides same-day access to urgent care and primary care. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals immediate care, and ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Urgent care services deal with illnesses and injuries that should be addressed by a health care provider within 12 to 24 hours but do not require the level of service or expertise found in an emergency department. Also provides appointments to patients including the frail elderly, people with mental health and substance use concerns, and patients unattached to a physician. Centre offices are located in Abbotsford, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, Port Moody, and Surrey. Primary care hours vary.
