Vancouver City Hall Contact Centre
Multilingual phone line provides information about City of Vancouver government affairs and services, and may forward callers to a department or employee in the municipal directory. Also processes general feedback from the public. In addition to English, service is available in many languages through translation services including Cantonese, Dutch, French, German, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Phone hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm weekends and holidays; live online chat is available from 9 am to 4 pm daily.
