Provides a welcoming space where individuals ages 19 and older can access substance use recovery groups; one-on-one peer support; group health, wellness, and social activities; and connection to community services. Offers weekly trauma-informed mindful movement classes for all skill levels and therapeutic art classes. Also offers smudge ceremonies and recovery discussions that incorporate Indigenous ways of knowing, seeing, and healing. No referral required to access services; clients who wish to attend can register, and all groups welcome drop-ins. Lounge is open 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday.
