Counselling is in person or by telephone and is free, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. Nominal sliding scale fee for debt repayment programs. Offers educational workshops and presentations on credit and debt management as well as budgeting. Serves Victoria, Saanich, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, Sooke, Brentwood Bay, Saanichton, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Duncan, Lake Cowichan, and Salt Spring Island.
