Offers free counselling to adults ages 25 and over. Serves individuals, couples, families, and caregivers of youth who are struggling. Operates using a solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) approach. Service is delivered by phone or video. Serves Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, West Kelowna, and Winfield. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm. Funded by the Government of Canada's Emergency Community Support Fund, the Central Okanagan Foundation, the Province of BC, and the Community Action Initiative.
