Provides free online family mediation and advice services to low-and modest-income families. Clients have access to an independent legal advice lawyer and a mediator. Offers collaborative approach to coming to agreement on property division, debt division, parenting arrangements, child support, and spousal support. Both parties must agree to mediation, and at least one party must meet pro bono eligibility criteria. Self referral or referral from Family Justice Services or other source accepted.
