Provides non-emergency telemedicine to people who don't have a family doctor or nurse practioner, who need after-hours care, or who are unable to travel and receive care due to seasonal weather. The virtual clinic assists patients to access a health care practitioner and works with the health care team to complement community care. Services are available by phone or video call. Hours are 10 am to 10 pm daily. Serves BC residents of the Northern Health region.
