Offers free counselling support for adults over age 50 residing in New Westminster who are experiencing challenges related to life transitions, depression, anxiety, isolation, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, and/or health issues; includes arts-based, somatic, cognitive, and psychoeducational approaches to healing.
