Offers emotional support and guidance to adults and teens ages 13 and over facing life challenges. Service is provided by trained volunteers with professional supervision and support. Will refer clients to specialized services when additional support is needed. Fees are sliding scale based on income; assistance is available if fees present a financial hardship. Office hours are 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday; counselling sessions may occur outside of regular hours depending on availability.
