Provides 24 transitional housing units for individuals who have difficulty finding stable housing; minimal barrier. Applications through BC Housing's Supportive Housing Registry; clients of the Warmland House shelter can also apply through shelter staff. Housing charge is on a sliding scale. Maximum length of stay is two years, determined on a case-by-case basis. Serves residents of the Cowichan Valley (including Chemainus, Cobble Hill, Duncan, Ladysmith, Malahat, Mill Bay, and Shawnigan Lake).
