Provides a full contimuum of early intervention and prevention services to West Shore youth ages five to 18 and their families who may be having difficulties in their home, school, or community. Community-based youth services promote healthy development, increase resilience and family harmony, reduce high-risk behaviours and vulnerability, and maintain youth's connections with their community. Also offers family supports such as parent-teen mediation for families who are experiencing conflict at home. Referral accepted from self or other.
