Assists victims and witnesses of crime and other trauma in dealing with the effects of their victimization, through information and referral to community agencies, case information, explanation of police and court procedures, court accompaniment, help with crime victim assistance and victim impact statement forms, safety planning, and emotional support. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; offers 24-hour on-call services to West Vancouver Police. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
