A network of women who immigrated from countries affected by conflict, and who continue to overcome challenges related to integrating and creating a home in Canada. Resources are shared with newcomer women from similar backgrounds acting as a bridge between available resources and the needs of immigrant women by building capacity around refugee sponsorship, and supporting immigrant women with precarious immigrant status in Canada. Aim is to influence decision makers in changing immigration policies. Meets monthly.
