Free employment and education program for BC youth ages 15 to 24 who experience multiple barriers to work, school, or training. Program helps participants build the skills and experiences they need to achieve their work, school, and training goals. Support services include employment counselling, help navigating pathways for post-secondary education or certification programs, financial resources and/or support, assistance connecting with health care, and help with resumes, cover letters, and application processes. Program duration varies, depending on individual needs. Accessible though local Foundry centres or virtually.
