Early intervention program for youth ages 13 to 19 who are in need of extra support to help them stay or become connected to their family, community, and school, as well as to strengthen connections to natural supports in order to prevent and/or reduce the risk of homelessness, isolation, and substance misuse. Accepts referrals from families, social workers, teachers, and counsellors. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
