Increases access to healthy, affordable meals for youth ages 12 to 23 and their families by delivering meal kits with fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes, helping participants prepare nutritious meals at home. Meal kit provides enough food to feed a family for one meal each week. Accepts referrals from School District 43 in Coquitlam; also accepts self-referrals when capacity permits. Serves Coquitlam. Also offers live, instructor-led cooking sessions at the Port Coquitlam Community Centre where youth can build practical skills, confidence, and food literacy in a supportive group setting.
