Youth Programs

Offers social, recreational, and leadership development activities for newcomer youth ages 15 to 30. RISE-UP Youth Empowerment Program offers newcomer youth social and emotional support, settlement information and counselling, and literacy and life skill development. Serves Surrey and Langley.
