Service Description

Free live-in program for youth ages 12 to 18 who are experiencing problematic substance use, may also have complex mental health needs, and for whom less intensive community-based approaches have not been effective. Continuum of service involves withdrawal management, stabilization, treatment, and/or aftercare. Length of stay varies. Residents can work or study during their stay. Accepts individuals on substitution therapy. Referral required. Serves the interior region (East Kootenay, Kootenay Boundary, Okanagan, and Thompson Cariboo Shuswap regions). Licensed as a Community Care Facility. Funded by Interior Health.
