The information presented on bc.211.ca is used by the public, service agencies, and 211 Community Resource Navigators. It is essential that content provides a clear and concise representation of the services being offered, while including enough detail to enable accurate understanding and appropriate referrals.

Updates typically involve correcting outdated information or revising content to better reflect the services offered. When updating, ensure that all accurate and relevant details remain in your listing—do not remove correct information. Please explain any changes or removals.

Please maintain a neutral and descriptive tone by listing and explaining services without promotional language. Helpline Services maintains the option to edit for clarity, length, and style.

We rely on service providers to keep the resource database current. Please review your listing annually or whenever there are changes to your programs. To suggest a new listing, email 211-updates@uwbc.ca.
