  Provides harm reduction supplies, along with harm reduction education.

  Provides harm reduction supplies, along with harm reduction education. Services include distribution of clean needles, sterile water, alcohol wipes, and other paraphernalia; disposal of used needles; and health information to encourage safer injection practices. Provides safer drug use supplies such as tinfoil, glass pipes, cookers, and tourniquets. Provides safer sex supplies, including condoms. Provides free Take Home Naloxone Kits (Narcan) that can be used to reverse the effects of overdoses from opioids like fentanyl, heroin, methadone, morphine, and oxycodone. Naloxone kits and training are available upon request. Supplies available from the main office or through outreach workers. Office hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 am to 5 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Closed weekends and statutory holidays.

  Provides outreach to individuals age 19 and over (youth age 18 and younger may also be eligible) who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or difficult to house.

  Provides outreach to individuals age 19 and over (youth age 18 and younger may also be eligible) who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or difficult to house. Outreach workers meet with individuals where they are - on the street, in a shelter, or in a temporary place - to determine housing needs, and provide referrals to services to meet immediate needs such as emergency shelter, food, clothing, and blankets. Also provides help with obtaining identification and income assistance. Connects individuals to housing options by providing support with the application, move-in process, appointments and/or housing viewings, and liaison with landlords; rent subsidies may be available to support this process. Provides links to culturally appropriate services, as well as referrals to other support such as health care, counselling, and addiction recovery services. Serves Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 8:30 am to 5 pm Wednesday to Friday. Funded by BC Housing as an Homeless Outreach Program (HOP) and a Homeless Prevention Program (HPP).

  Provides a prescribed medicine such as methadone or suboxone, to stabilize persons who are affected by opioids, and to help reduce harms associated with opioid use. No fees are charged. Treatment is provided in a supervised clinical setting and also offers access to medical and counselling services, housing support, and referral to additional treatments. Self-referral; new patients are accepted by appointment only. Serves Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Clinic hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
