The house is staffed 24 hours a day, is pet-friendly, and works on a communal living model. Support services include referrals to income assistance, legal advocacy, housing information, counselling services, victim services, and other community services to support clients in reaching their goals. Not wheelchair accessible, but accessible by walker or cane. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by BC Housing.

  A free and confidential service that serves women who are affected by domestic violence, homelessness, precarious housing, and the effects of poverty.

  A free and confidential service that serves women who are affected by domestic violence, homelessness, precarious housing, and the effects of poverty. Assists women with problem solving and finding solutions to assist in meeting their basic needs. Outreach workers provide emotional and practical support including referrals/connecting with community services (such as mental health, legal aid, income assistance, and addiction services), harm reduction information and education, food resources, finding and maintaining housing, employment search assistance, advocacy and/or accompaniment to appointments (lawyer, court, Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), case conference, income assistance), and safety planning. May provide transportation to treatment, a detox, or a transition house. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

  PEACE (Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment) Program for Children and Youth Experiencing Violence offers counselling and play therapy for children affected by violence.

  PEACE (Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment) Program for Children and Youth Experiencing Violence offers counselling and play therapy for children affected by violence. Children can process their emotions in a safe place, learn coping skills, and gain information about dynamics of domestic violence and what healthy relationships look like. Funded by Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG). The STAR (Summer Training and Recreation) Summer Youth Program assists 13- to 17-year old youth in obtaining work, life, and relationship skills necessary to gain and keep employment. This is a virtual program that also offers assistance with references, resume, and a cover letter; program runs for fours hours per day for five days. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
