Professional association that represents Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) in BC. Counsellors with the RCC designation have met specific educational and training criteria and also committed to upholding certain standards of practice. BCACC receives and investigates complaints regarding aspects of members' practices. Also provides referrals to the general public, as well as a self-serve, online 'Find a Counsellor' search tool. Hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.
