Serves families with young children birth to school-age who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Family-centred early intervention promotes successful communication between children and their families. Services include support groups, information, speech and language coaching, cochlear implant support and training, American Sign Language (ASL) instruction, and home-based programs. Also has a resource library, quarterly newsletter, and offers consultation and training to other professionals working with deaf and hard-of-hearing children. Serves BC. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
