Provides weekly food hampers to individuals and families in need regardless of background, income source, or personal circumstances. One hamper is provided every 28 days and includes a variety of essential items such as proteins (meat or alternatives), dairy, eggs, pantry staples, snacks for kids, and baby essentials like formula, diapers, and wipes. Access is by appointment only; registration required with ID for all household members. Office hours for registration are 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.

Food warehouse that provides food for individuals and families in need who reside in Kelowna. Food distribution hours are 9 am to 11:30 am and 12 noon to 3 pm Monday to Saturday, by appointment only. Register in advance with proof of address and ID for all members of the household. Each hamper provides a week's worth of food and can be accessed once every 28 days. Day Bag program offers drink, snack, and lunch to unhoused individuals daily, no registration required during office hours. Additional supplements and tailored hampers available. Tiny Bundles program provides a tailored hamper to pregnant women and families with children up to one year of age; a doctor's note is required for proof of pregnancy. Hamper includes milk, eggs, fresh fruits, vegetables, and baby basics. Hours are 9 am to 3 pm Fridays. Through the Vitality Program, families with children age 17 and under, and clients older than 55 receive dairy products with their hampers. The Special Dietary Needs Program tailors hampers for clients who have special dietary or medical requirements; includes people with diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, HIV/AIDS, severe food allergies, and eating disorders; a doctor's note is required for proof of medical condition. In September, the Kids Snack Pack Program provides children from ages 15 and younger with a one-week supply of healthy, nutritious, and age-appropriate snacks; includes fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurt, cheese, granola bars, and fruit juice. The BC Farmers' Market Nutrition Coupon Program (FMNCP) provides coupons to low-income families and seniors for food items at their local farmer's market; pre-registration is required in the spring. Through the School Breakfast Program, participating schools provide breakfast for students on school days; offered in partnership with Breakfast Club of Canada.
