Provides services, advocacy, and resources for people with developmental, physical and/or emotional disabilities, and for seniors. Services include community living support, residential programs, life skills training, and employment programs. The Peer Support program provides group and one-on-one supports to adults in the Fraser Valley with mental health issues. Centennial Place in Mission offers leisure opportunities, wellness support, vocational training, and social connection to adults with mental health issues; referral required. Community Inclusion offers opportunities for people with development disabilities or acquired brain injuries to participate in community, supported by staff. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
