Drop-in resource centre in Chilliwack for vulnerable and homeless youth ages 12 to 18, as well as for young adults ages 19 to 24 who have experienced homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness due to transitioning out of foster care and aged out of adolescent supports and programs.
Drop-in resource centre in Chilliwack for vulnerable and homeless youth ages 12 to 18, as well as for young adults ages 19 to 24 who have experienced homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness due to transitioning out of foster care and aged out of adolescent supports and programs. Program offers continuous support and access to resources such as a food bank and shower and laundry facilities. Also offers a Breakfast Club that includes breakfast as well as assistance with employment, housing, finances, and personal, relationship, and health issues; referral services are also available. Breakfast club hours are 9 am to 10 am Monday to Friday. Drop-in hours are 12:30 pm to 8 pm daily. Office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Provides affordable, transitional shared housing for youth and young adults (ages 16 to 24) of all genders who face challenges accessing appropriate housing due to high market rent rates and low vacancy rates. Offers wraparound support services (life skills training, case management, and referral to community resources) for youth who are ready for independent living and those returning from substance use treatment. Offers five subsidized homes: two for males, two for females, and an apartment unit that can accommodate a parent and child up to age five. Stay is up to 12 months. Partially funded by City of Abbotsford.

Temporary and supportive housing environment for youth and young adults of all genders ages 16 to 24, with or without children, who may be facing barriers such as homelessness and/or addiction and/or mental health issues. Offers a structured yet flexible living environment with a focus on life skills development, education, and employment support. Youth will receive the necessary support to overcome obstacles and achieve their potential. On-site staff help residents determine their goals and support them in connecting with the resources and supports they need. Program engagement is required, and maximum stay is two years. Fifteen-unit apartment building with seven two-bedroom units and eight one-bedroom units. Partners may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed. Rent is $375 with a damage deposit of $200. Referral from self or other; an application is available online.
