Supports the well-being of children, youth, and families, especially those who are vulnerable, through child protection and family support services. Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) services include intake, assessment, and therapy and early intervention services for children and youth, up to 18 years of age, who have a mental illness. Serves West Kelowna and Peachland. Walk-in intake hours are 9 am to 11 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm Tuesdays. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) services offer assessment and counselling for children and youth, up to 19 years of age, who have a mental illness. Also provides youth justice, youth agreement, and guardianship services, including bail supervision and specialized youth probation supervision through court referral. Serves Kelowna and area (Lake Country, Okanagan Centre, Oyama, Rutland, and Winfield). Walk-in intake hours are 9 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 3 pm Tuesdays.
