Provides free English classes for adult newcomers to Canada who are permanent residents or refugees. Offers class levels from pre-literacy to LINC levels one through eight. Half day daycare for children ages one to five available at licensed daycare and childminding on site. Hours are 9 am to 1 pm Monday to Wednesday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
