Provides policing services to Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District, Bamfield, the Hupacasath First Nation, the Huu-Ay-Aht First Nation, Port Alberni, the Tseshaht First Nation, and the Uchucklesaht First Nation. Office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After hours, calls are answered by dispatch in Courtenay.

Serves victims and witnesses of all types of crime including other traumatic experiences. Provides emotional support, advocacy, court orientation and accompaniment, liaison with justice system personnel, and form completion assistance. Also provides information about the criminal justice system, court proceedings, case status, and hearing dates, and referrals to community resources. Serves Bamfield, Port Alberni, Tofino and Ucluelet. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
