Offers overnight emergency shelter on mats for up to 52 adults ages 19 and over. Services include daily meals at 7:30 am, 12 noon, and 6 pm; clothing; access to showers and laundry; and referrals to community services. Offers an Opioid Prevention Site (OPS) on-site for guests smoking or injecting substances; no drinking on the property. Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes can be smoked in the outside smoking area. Check-in starts at 8 pm; mats are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Shelter operates 24 hours, but gate closes at 9 pm for the public. Guests are asked not to go in and out between 9 pm and 6 am. Locked storage space for bicycles is available. Wheelchair accessible. No pets allowed. Referrals accepted from self or other.

Provides faith-based recovery services in a safe and structured environment for up to 26 men and nine women who are homeless and/or dealing with drug, alcohol, or chemical misuse.
Women's services are at a separate location, the RAN Family Centre (46129 Princess Avenue). The Reflection Phase is a 30-day recovery program that offers secure residency while clients assess their future housing, work, and recovery options. The Readjustment Phase is a four-month residential program with staff supports to assist clients in achieving success. The Recovery Phase is between 12 to 18 months, and is an in-depth recovery program focused on relapse prevention that blends biblical principles, understanding of the brain, and practical tools for change. Recovery support for the first three phases includes 24-hour staff support, daily group sessions, recovery coaching, relapse prevention education, anger management, life skills training, art/recreational therapy, and other needs-based programming. The Reintegration Phase is 18 months to two years and provides connection, support, and continued life coaching for clients who have secured offsite housing. Per diem residence registered with Ministry of Health; clients not in receipt of income assistance pay $860 per month. Wheelchair accessible. Pets not allowed.
