Provides inpatient beds in a highly structured and intensive six-week program for individuals age 19 and older who are seeking intensive substance use treatment. Best suited for individuals with complex and/or chronic substance use for whom community-based treatment approaches have not been effective, and for whom substance use is an acknowledged problem. Accepts individuals on opiate agonist therapy (OAT). Gray Road has 20 inpatient beds; scheduled intake dates are offered eight times a year and alternate for male-identified and female-identified individuals. Ethel House (1893 Ethel Street) offers seven inpatient beds and two transition beds for female-identifying participants only; operates on a continuous intake model. Referral accepted from any member of the client's care team; applications are available online. Serves the Interior Health region (East Kootenay, Kootenay Boundary, Okanagan, and Thompson Cariboo Shuswap regions). Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health.

Prenatal Wellness, for expectant women and their partners, is a weekly education program that covers lifestyle and nutrition tips, fitness classes, stress management, and referrals to community resources.
Prenatal Wellness, for expectant women and their partners, is a weekly education program that covers lifestyle and nutrition tips, fitness classes, stress management, and referrals to community resources. Special Deliveries for pre- and postnatal (up to 6 months) women is a weekly support group facilitated by a public health nurse that includes information on breastfeeding and healthy eating during pregnancy; participants receive a nutritious meal. Beyond the Blues promotes recovery from postnatal depression and anxiety. Services include social support, community referrals, and psychoeducation. Referral required from a public health nurse or adult mental health counsellor. Parent Talk for parents with children under age six is a weekly drop-in, positive parenting education session with guest speakers; snacks and child minding provided. Creative Playtime is a drop-in group for children from birth to age six and their care providers in Kelowna or Peachland. Provides opportunities for play, connecting with other parents, and information on community resources. Central Okanagan Dads organizes healthy activities for men who are parenting their children, grandchildren or other relatives and provides supportive connections, education, and resources. Supports individuals to access health and harm reduction services. Provides health information, social supports, and harm reduction supplies to marginalized and vulnerable individuals at street level. Also provides Naloxone training. Offered in partnership with the Interior Health delivered Supervised Consumption Service. The public may access harm reduction supplies through a vending machine at 760 Highway 33 West. Anonymous home delivery of harm reduction supplies is available in the Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country area through call or text. Home delivery hours are 11 am to 6 pm Monday to Thursday, and 12 noon to 5 pm Friday to Sunday.

Provides a live-in facility for adults age 19 and older who are in second stage recovery from substance use in Penticton or Kelowna. Provides fully furnished housing options in a substance-free assisted living facility. Enhances independence through personalized life skills training, support, and transition planning to promote wellness. Length of stay is typically six months. Program is intended for individuals who are actively engaging in recovery, often post intensive live-in treatment. Participants are expected to be medically and physically capable of semi-independent living and must not require a medical withdrawal management service. Must be able to manage medications as prescribed without support. Referral can be made by any member of the client's care team; applications are available online. Applications are screened through Interior Health. Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health.
