Offers short-term, in-home acute psychiatric care for adults age 17 and older with increased symptoms or distress related to mental illness or substance use, as an alternative to hospitalization. Designed to provide individuals who are currently experiencing a psychiatric crisis the opportunity of choosing where they get their acute psychiatric treatment.
